Pizza with hot dogs

Classic pizza with sausages, mushrooms, and hot sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

1 white flour cake

1 tomato sauce

100 g mushrooms

butter

225 g sausages

1 tbsp chili sauce

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a round pizza pan with a diameter of about 30 cm with a little butter or margarine.
Roll out a white flour dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1 cm. Carefully transfer it to the prepared pan.
Spread 1 portion of tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Leave about 1 cm free edge around the perimeter.
Slice 100 g of mushrooms into thin slices and spread them over the tomato sauce.
Slice 225 g of sausages into thin rounds or halves lengthwise. Spread them evenly over the mushrooms.
Cut 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine into small cubes and scatter them over the pizza.
Drizzle evenly with 1 tablespoon of chili sauce or sprinkle with a pinch of hot red pepper.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
